"I wish there was a law that said you could get your drivers license at age 15. This would be a good law because we would have to take drivers E.D. first so there would be a lot of money for the school so if there were 40 students paying for that class that would be a lot of money. The reason it would be good because mor students would drive to school and there parents dont have to worry about taking them in the morning. The students driving could get more sleep and stay awake during class because some have to wake up early.

I must admit, you have some pretty good arguments there. I especially like the one about students being more awake at school because they didn't have to get up so early to get rides with their parents.
Watch out for run-on sentences.
